EVENT: Hublot | It is the right time for an Ice cream

It's a bit of an unusual place for an event, but I quite like the contrasts, because they are a surprise and a stunning afternoon refreshment during a sweaty hot summer day in an air-conditioned Hublot store among fascinating watches which came in handy.

At the last event Ice Cream Masterclass (with three-star Michelin) chef Andreas Caminada in the Hublot store in Jelmoli in Zurich CH, I experienced a real surprise. 
 
It's a bit of an unusual place for an event, but I quite like the contrasts, because they are a surprise and a stunning afternoon refreshment during a sweaty hot summer day in an air-conditioned Hublot store among fascinating watches which came in handy. You could easily confuse the store with a gallery, because they display paintings were made by a well-known artist living in Geneva - Nijat. 
 
If you enjoy art, you will experience an explosion of colors in the Hublot store, in addition to a feast for the eyes - mini machines on the hand aka watches with diamonds, orchids and a smile from nice staff. Tried and tested. Maybe you'll be as excited as I am... Maybe? For sure. 
 
It‘s the right time for Ice cream. As always. Forget chocolate or vanilla ice cream in a cone. I know it's a classic. But admit it- a little boring. This time I tasted vegetable ice cream. The word Sorbet would be more appropriate. It was refreshing, tricolor, green purple orange and tasted like... icy tasty vegetables. Another extreme experience for my taste buds and something interesting for the eyes. 
 
Andreas Caminada is not just a talented chef who has built the successful and well-known IGNIV restaurant on his own behalf, he also is the reason how I became convinced of my own taste buds by an excellent ice cream maker, a talented masterclass teacher and persona grata. His good mood was contagious and his ice cream was hardly addictive. It's a good idea to take one piece, smile, thank and go on, but I would rather like to take a whole pot of ice cream. But since I am well behaved, I am kindly divided with the other participants in the event. 
 
I saw a mini production of ice cream art with my own eyes and I tell you that I would not even dream of how many forms, shapes, colors and flavors ice cream can have.

Na poslednom evente Ice Cream Masterclass s trojhviezdičkovým Michelin kuchárom Andreasom Caminadom v obchode Hublot v Jelmoli v Zurichu CH som zažila ozajstné prekvapenie. 
 
Je to trochu neobvyklé miesto na event, ale kontrasty mám celkom rada, lebo sú prekvapujúce a ohromujúce a poobedňajše osvieženie počas upoteného horúceho koncoletného dňa v klimatizovanom Hublot obchode medzi fascinujúcimi hodinkami prišlo nesmierne vhod. Vypeckované výklady by ste si ľahko mohli spliesť s galériou, pretože sa v nich vynímajú obrazy od známeho umelca žijúceho v Ženeve – Nijata. 
 
Ak vás baví umenie, zažijete v Hublot explóziu farieb, okrem toho pastvu pre oči - mini strojčeky na ruku aka hodinky s diamantmi či bez, pudrovoružové, zelené, modré... orchidee a úsmevy od milého personálu. Vyskúšané, overené. Možno budete nadšení rovnako ako ja... Možno určite. 
 
Čas pre zmrzlinu... je vždy správny. Zabudnite na čokoládovú či vanilkovú zmrzlinu v kornútku. Viem je to klasika. Ale uznajte aj trochu nuda. Tentoraz som ochutnala zeleninovú zmrzlinu. Viac by sa hodilo slovo Sorbet. Bolo to osviežujúce, trojfarebné, zeleno fialovo oranžové a chutilo to po... zelenine. Ďalší extrémny zážitok pre moje chuťové poháriky a niečo zaujímavé pre oči. 
 
Andreas Caminada nie je len talentovaný kuchár, ktorý vybudoval na svojom mene úspešnú a známu reštauráciu IGNIV. Je to taktiež ako som sa presvedčila na vlastných chuťových pohárikoch aj vynikajúci zmrzlinár, talentovaný masterclass učiteľ a celkovo skvelá persona. Jeho dobrá nálada bola nákazlivá a jeho zmrlina ťažko návyková. Sluší sa vziať jeden kúsok, usmiať sa a poďakovať a ísť ďalej, ale keby bolo po mojom, nepohrdnem celým hrncom zmrzliny. Ale keďže som dobre vychovaná, rozdelila som sa dobrosrdečne s ostatnými účastníkmi eventu.
 
Videla som mini výrobu zmrzlinárskeho umenia a poviem vám, že by ma ani vo sne nenapadlo, koľko podôb, tvarov, farieb a chutí môže zmrzlina mať. Tak ja letím, idem zas na zmrzku.
